Correct Prop Size

Hello
I have a Irwin 32 Citation, with a 13hp yanmar. I believe that the PO had changed out the prop. I also believe that it is to small for the boat.
With a tide of 2 knots I can barley make anyway at all.

I am looking for the correct size prop, I can find no other information anywhere.
