Hi - I'm looking for some recommendations on what type of material to use for recovering the main salon and v berth cushions on my I28. I'm in a salt water environment if that makes a difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

The wife & I are looking at Hancock Fabrics. Upholstery fabric with a batten between the foam and outer material. Commadore was our final choice. I dont think salt or fresh
water makes an issue. Something like scottchguard? They were very helpfull and even
have classes on sewing. I've never sewn in a zipper. Good luck with your projects. If
I can figure out how to post pictures of our progress I will. jimbob

I've never sewn in a zipper.
And don't start now! Use Velcro. It never rusts, jams or scratches your teak.
I have made three sets of cushions and Velcro is the way to go.
