Has anyone replaced the two plastic pulleys at the top of a Balboa 20'
They act as guides for the Main Sheet and the Jim Sheet.
Are they unique to this mast or are they common to many mast tops?
Thanks for any input.

I meant to say the Main Halyard not the Main sheet.
and I'm not sure the second one has anything to to do with the Jib.
Mine are wore and I am afraid the cable will Jam.
Any thoughts.

You should be able to find replacements. They are called sheaves and come in various sizes. Harken makes some very nice ones but they are not inexpensive. You can find the details here: http://www.harken.com/Catalog/Catalog_Complementary_Hardware.php.

I found the ones I needed for my Dolphin 24 at Catalina Direct. There are several sizes available; be sure to match width, diameter and bore size.

thanks for the help,
It has been a great day we replaced the "Sheaves" and got the mast up.
Hope to get into Lake Champlain tomorrow.
