Westerbeke engine replacement

We are wondering if anyone knows if a Westerbeke 13 will mount where a Westerbeke 13A was mounted in a 1987 Cal?
The mount holes are different, but would like to know if the two engines could be exchanged without too much difficulty?

I have read that the engines are interchangeable with slight mods to the mounts, but I would call Westerbeke or Marysville Marine to verify.
