I am looking to buy a catalina 22, i cannot determine the year that the boat was build. The serial number of the boat is 7105, does that help in determining the age of the boat thanks for your help pat

Serial # 7374 is a 1977 model. Hope this helps!!

SAIL# RELATES TO YR. CHECK WITH CATALINA CO. 6310
The Hull Identification Number (HIN) will be located on the upper corner of the starboard side on the transom. The last several digits indicate the year and month of manufacture. Regards, Ted
