5411 Winterizing lever/switch?

Another person's post mentioned a winterizing lever or switch that makes the Universal 5411 pump water constantly through the exhaust system to make winterizing easier. He/she called it a winterizing lever. Has anyone else ever heard of this? I've never had a real problem winterizing her, but this sure would make it easier. So what is this lever and where is it?

I, for one, have never heard of this lever,nor do I recall the post that mentioned one. It sure would be nice if such a thing existed. I'm looking forward to the replies.
