I have tried repeatedly to open the Owner's Store but I'm told that the server has timed out. Is the Store still in business? If so why the slow response and ultimate failure in loading?

Yes, the stoere is open butwe have had a few reports of people unable to access it when logging on at work through a sophisticated security firewall. Try this alternate URL: https://shop.c-2.com/planetcat/index.tpl That skirts the firewall issue. if it does *not* work please let me know right away! ph.
