Does anyone know what it should cost to replace an atomic 4 engine with a diesel engine that is suitable for a 30 foot Catalina?

It looks like pricing starts around 6,000 for a 20 to 25 hp deisel engine, and goes up to the 8 to 10k range depending on what you buy. Labor could be another 3K approx.
