For the VI/BVI try Cruising Guide to the Virgin Islands - Nancy Scott. I've seen several editions over the years and have used them myself. These are the standard issue by most of the charter companies. It'll cover the US and British Virgin Islands. Text, illustrations, history, hints, customs and sketches galore! They write a series that covers from the Leewards to the Windwards.
