During a recent storm, circumstances were such the end of the rudder of our 92 Capri 26 was banged on the lake bottom. The tiller is not completely frozen but barely moveable. Any comments on how the linkage of rudder and tiller goes through the hull(bushings and bearings) and how I might do an emergency job to free it up so we can move the boat to have it lifted from the water?
