Jim My shrouds are loose on my 1975 H-30. What is the best way to go about tightening them? what should be the proper tension? Thanks for your quick response ahead of time. barry

I believe your mast is a full head stay mast meaning the forestay attaches to the top of the mast just like the backstay. Riggers sometimes use a tension device or by feel as tuning is an art. I recommend that you get a local rigger suggested by a sail loft. If there is no one available, email me and I will give you some helpful suggestions on tuning.
