View Full Version : 29.5 Genoa?

I thought I saw a reference some time ago to a 135% genoa in use on a 29.5; my boat is a '94 with the original 110%. I have searched the archives to no avail. I am curious as to the adequacy of the standard genoa lead block tracks (original equipment) or is it necessary to retrofit a longer track? And are there any other associated snags?
Phil has pictures of a with a genoa. I know because I sent them to him! He was going going to put the pics on the website but there has been a delay. Bottom line, you can fly a 150 if you add aft winches (same as spinaker winches) and some fairlead tracks on the cockpit coming.
