Hi, Peggie, I'm using K.O. onboard, but haven't tried it for my new folding camper trailer with cassette toilet. Would it work as well there? Thanks.

The same principles apply to RV sanitation systems that apply to boats: If the tank is vented, K.O. will work just fine. If it isn't--if it's just your basic small portapotty (same as those used on small boats) that has an unvented tank, there isn't enough oxygen in the tank for K.O. to work aerobically.
