I am interested if there is a set of polars available on the Hunter 31. I have a deep draft model that I will be racing on the Chesapeake Bay this year. Also any other hints would be appreciated, such as adding a Backstay adjuster, or rigging changes.

Bob, I have a 31' and have raced it a lot no Polars. If you have a good set of sails, folding prop and clean bottom the boat goes real good. I have as little prebend as possible and the mast pulled forward. Points at 35to40 degress apparent. I say screw the polars sail fast and don't over trim.
