Poptop leaks

I've recently purchased a 25.5 and still getting used to it. One thing I've noticed is that I have rain leaking past the poptop onto the front bench seat (port side) as anyone else had this problem?Also, where does the sink drain to?Thanks.

I think the sink drain to a through hull on the starboard side under the sink.
