Hi I cant find any info on the O'Day Ospary am I the only owner out here?would love to have any info on this boat thanks claudia

anyway, that's what they told me when I first took my 1947 Chrysler to the dealer for service. I eventually learned that really meant that they weren't sure what to do with. (I found an exotic car shop pronto).All I was able to find about the Osprey is that it was built between 1959 and 1969, and that the total production run was 550 units. Specs, rig, hull configuration etc eluded me.So - What can you tell _us_ about your boat? Do you have any pictures to share? Tell all!Justin - O'day Owner's Web

We just bought an Ospray from a good friend. Don't know much about it. Only 55o were made from 1959 to 1969.We name her Day Dreamer.dreamer@cjnetworks.com

Claudia, I was viewing owners of Ospery's and have found very few owners. Your posting indicated you were looking for manuals and rigging specifications. Have you come across any? This boat has a turquiose top with white bottom, mahagony decking and trim around the freeboard. I'm currently refinishing it and hope to have it in the water this summer. While most of the rigging is intact, I'm still looking for the how it was originally rigged.Thanks,Tim
