Justin, It is the center board letting the water in. Anything I should know before disasembling it?

Just make sure the board is well supported as you do the work. Its heavier than it looks. Pay close attention to how it comes apart, and make sure that you don't lose the ends of the cables. Good luck Justin - O'day Onwer's Web
