I'm interested in purchasing a 1973 Grampian G30 as an investment, to flip it. I'm trying to find out how it sails. I don't know much about the manufacturer. Does it sail well or is it heavy and slow? It's a swing keel with a Volvo 25hp diesel. I'm also trying to find out about the resale value. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks. G

Please take a few moments and research the previous messages in the Grampian Forums on this site. You will find links to the Grampian owners website, and lots more details. First thing you should do is hire a surveyor to protect yourself.
