I would like to find someone with a N27 to discuss maintenance and upgrade tips with. I am new to sailing and need all the help I can get!! thanks dan

Assuming that your alternate propulsion is an Atomic 4, recommend that you join the atomic 4 website and attend a class conducted by Moyer Marine. Inexpensive and informative. Installation of a roller furler and having all sheets running aft to cockpit enables this sailboat to be singlehanded. Also recommend cleaning and relubing all winches, really an easy job go to Ask Jeeves website for instructions. If the mast is down change bulbs on the anchor light and the running light also lube sheeves. Better to do now than when mast is raised it becomes more difficult and dangerous. Then sail, sail, sail and enjoy.
My 27 did not come with an inboard, it has a 9.9 outboard. I was looking more for mast rigging tuning andmaintenance tips. thanks, dan
