Are there any other 192 owners out there. This model is not listed anywhere on this site.

Simon, There are at least two 192's in my area. I have met the owner of one of them a couple of times, and have tried to engage him but he's computer phobic. It looks like a great boat. Does it plane? It seems like it could just be light enough. Justin - O'day Owner's Web

My wife and I recently purchased an O'Day 192 built in 1986. I have found a number of web sites with info about this model. Contact me at efird-topeka@worldnet.att.net for more info about those sites if you are interested.

Yes I own a 192 made in 1985 - bought 4 years ago for family lake sailing. I too have found little on the web about it.

For O'Day 192 owners who need specifications, here is a site with diagrams and pictures: http://www.geocities.com/Colosseum/Field/9178/192Info.html

Just purchased a 192 and am currently going through it so I can get it in the water soon. It's a 1987 with a Johnson 4 hp. I have a main and a jib, would like to add a spinnaker an Genoa.
