We are considering buying a HR94 but can't find much information ie sailing ability,stability in rough weather any general info much appreciated

Hi, Being in the same situation as you, where my wife is not too keen a sailor, she is happy with the 38 we bought (and also 352's we tried). The Olle Enderlein HR's are really very stable, very much so compared to modern cruisers, AND they have a huge diesel, which make either motoring or motorsailing a very real option, should it be needed. I do not know wether you have actually been on one of these classics, or sailed one. It might be the perfect compromise between a true saling vessel and great stability and creature comfort.
