Our 30 gal. diesel fuel tank, located under the pilot berth, starboard aft, has a couple of leaky fittings. These are the elbow fittings for the fuel pick up and return lines. It appears they are rubber mounted entering the original fuel tank. Has anyone knowledge of how they were originally installed and is there a recomended method of replacement other than pulling the tank out completely? There is a small round access hole above the fittings, however there doesn't seem to be room enough to turn them as in a normal tightening method.
