I need to repair/replace my pulpit tubing. Any suggestions as to the best way to approach this issue? Are there any "standard" plans or off-the-shelf components that I can use to make this a less costly exercise? I have never had to do something like this before and will appreciate any and all advice you have to offer. TIA!

If you check the grampianowners.com web site, you will find an extensive number of links. Many of these links are the same manufacturers who made the original parts for Grampian, C&C, CS Yachts etc. Here's a link to the people who made the original pushpits and pulpits for your boat. They have the plans, and can make up whatever you need.
