East Coast Yamaha 33

Hello to my Fellow Yamaha owners.I have a 1980 33, MK II, short mast. I keep her in Mystic CT, and have enjoyed her since 1985.I'll provide a short summary of my experiences and changes to her over the years. She has been a great boat and is still a pleasure.While I've seen several 33's on the west coast, I've never run into one on the east coast. I have run into a 36 that was located on Lake Champlain.

Can anyone tell me something about the build quality and handling of the Yamaha 33?I am considering buying one here in NL.I am now sailing an X-79, a very nice but small racer-cruiser from X-yachts. See website below.
