S25 sailing characteristics

Can anyone share with me their perspective on the sailability of the S25? There's a used one for sale here and I may go look at it. I'm a generic club racer kind of sailor and am not interested in comforts, bells & whistles etc. I would like to be reasonably competitive. Thanks for any insight you can share.

I have raced my S25 over 25 years & have done exceptionally well with it. For it's size, it's a pretty fast boat.

If I am reading this correctly, this is an unusually beam-y boat. 10' or something. Does this equate to a relatively stiff ride? Thanks again.
