Need Rudder Pattern ... to replace 2x12

I recently purchased a 1972 C22 without a rudder (Well, it has one made from a pine 2x12!) Can someone help me with a pattern / design for a wood or fiberglass rudder? Do they make a tilt-up model or only a fixed pin unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated
