galley storage area. It is right along where the wires are run aft to the stern. A previous repair was performed in this area but it is not holding and there is water seeping out. After it dries out for a couple of days I will probably use marine tex to make a small repair to seal the hole. I am thinking that it will be necessary to re-bed the stern light so no more water will gain entry.

Ahhhh...leaks. Yes, I fear I have plugged a few of them to date on No News. Fortunately, other than a poorly snugged radiator hose on the volcano, all have been above the water line. But the worst one to locate ended up being behind the rub rail. I finally caulked the rub rail top and bottom all the way around, and that solved the problem.Even so, the next step is to remove every deck fitting, epoxy the holes, and rebed and reinstall the fittings. At the rate I work, that should be done within a year or three. :-)Eric
