masthead halyard pulleys

The plastic halyard pulleys (on the mast head) are worn on my 1978 catalina 22. Where is the best place to buy new ones? Are there different materials available? Also, the halyards can jump over occasionally. I can visualize a modification (plate) to prevent this from occurring. Do newer models have a different system? Answer to the first question would be most appreciated. Thanks, Pete

Internal or external Halyards?? If there internal, I would get and install harken roller sheaves. If there external you most likely will have to use delrin sheaves, a new set that fits perfectly can be bought at Catalina Direct fairly cheap, Check on the roller bearing sheaves at APS or Rigging only.
