Ranger 33 bench drains

I have noticed that the benchs do not drain while on the corisponding tack as the bench. They drain out to the stern drain. Any fixs ?

tack should be on the high side of the boat.

I guess I was not clear or did not get your funny. Or have the termanology wrong. The bench seats do not drain when they are on the down side.
