i am trying to find out how to get my boat to hawaii on the cheap without sailing it myself. i have looked into stuffing it into a cargo container, but i don't know the exact dimensions. it's 26 feet, but is it a 7.9 or 8.0? how do i tell? whichever it is, how do i determine the height from the bottom of the keel to the top of the cockpit? anyone have a schematic, or just know the numbers off hand? anyone have ideas of a better way to ship it? any advice is helpful. boat is currently in mission bay, i believe it was built in 1980, but maybe it's '82. thanks, sven
