opening ports

my 1977 Bristol 30 has fixed ports... I would like to replace them with opening ports. Does anyone know where I can get some that will fit without a lot of reconstruction of the deck house sides.

opening ports. Just buy the new ones a little bigger than the old. Make a template for the new size and cut a larger hole.
