Peggy, Have taken your advise and KO and CP have their place aboard. Recently purchased a gallon of CU cleaner and was dismayed to find that the shipping carton had erased the product information. Is there a web site or other location where this information can be downloaded? A User

Yours is the third report this week of damage...at least your shipment got there intact! Send me an e-mail...I'll send you back the label info.

Peggy: I ordered a gallon of KO a while back, and when it arrived the carton was wet. When I opened it I found that a pint or so had leaked out of the container. Not enough to complain about, but it seems that perhaps a different method of shipping might be in order. MPJ

peghall@att.net. I'll send you another 22 oz K.O. to replace your leakage. UPS damage seems to come in waves...none for months on end, then half a dozen claims at once. I'm just glad we aren't high on anybody's Christmas list, during the season when they're using the most temporary and part time help!
