I am looking for the rudder gudgeons which attach to the transom. Anyone know were I can find one.

I don't know the specific mfgr of the originals, but you should be able to come up with a pretty good match using a generic gudgeon design. If yours is like mine, the bushing material wears out in time and won't hold the pin/rod firmly enough. I cleaned out the residue of the old material in the opening and re-bushed it with epoxy plastic weld. It has worked well for several years now, though showing a little wear at this point.

I am going with a replacement rudder from www.ruddercraft.com which will provide what I need. It will allow the fold up capability which I am looking for. It will cost more than the boat! LOL! The original barndoor rudder is available if anyone is interested.
