DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW I CAN GET THE SPECS ON THE RUDDER FOR MY 39 FT SLOOP? HAVING DAMAGED IT ON TURTLE REEF OFF OF KEY LARGO (NOT SMART TO NAVIGATE IN THE DARK WITH STRONG CURRENT). WE ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY REBUILDING IT. ANY INFO ON SUPPLIERS OF RUDDERS? OBTAINING A SALVAGE WOULD BE NICE.

Any luck locating specs on the E39 Rudder? I may be buying a 1972 E39 with rudder issues. The local yard quoted me $6500 o rebuild it

try these poeople: http://fossfoam.com/photos.htm No interest in the company, just see comments by customers on other sites. You might wind up with a new rudder better than you had to begin with.
