Transom cracks

We are looking at a 1990 37+ model C&C. The transom has some cracks in it. They are randomly located. The size is about 1/16 deep & 1 to 6 " long. I suspect a repair was made & the glass was improperly cured. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

will be worthless. Until someone can look at it and decide if they are just gelcoat cracks or if they go deeper, comments will be speculative at best.
