St John to Lima

Has anyone on this forum made this cruise on January?
We are planning to leave St John just after New Year and sail to Colon (Panama), then to San Blas, across the Canal to Las Perlas, south to Mantas, then Salinas and finally to Callao, Peru.
Any tips on weather, winds and places to stop will be hughly appreciated.
The sailboat is a Columbia 50.

Thanks,

The best of luck to you

Fair winds and following seas. Boy do I wish I could give you some first hand info. Unfortunately, anything I say will be speculation or a guess. I would strongy suggest you ask this question on the cruising board. Lots of folks over there who have more than likely done most if not all of this trip.
Good Sailing, Good Weather and Good Times to you
